Happy New Year, everyone! Hope this new year brings all good things to all good people.
I've been tagged by Bobbie for this post. Speaking of tags, this great sticker above is my absolute fave holiday present this year.
Here are THE RULES:
1. Link to your tagger and post these rules on your blog.
2. Share 5 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird.
3. Tag 5 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.
4. Let them know they are tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

So, 1. is done. Here's 2.:
  • I can't pronounce the name "Rufus Wainright" to save my life. It always comes out "Wufus Rainright" no matter how many times I try, generally with an audience hiccuping through tears of laughter.
  • I have a really weird single black hair growing out of my arm. Every time I pluck it out, I think of Geena Davis doing the same to whatshisface in "The Fly".... shudder....
  • I love watching "How It's made" on the Discovery Channel. Also "Myth Busters". Waiting for "Lost" to come back. Hooked on "Heroes".
  • I have totalled two vans - one I was driving, and the other belonging to the lady driving on my blind side.
  • I want to retire in the South of France - but I would miss Canada way too much.

I, I, I.... now have to come up with 5 bloggers! How about Hala, Andi, Barb, Belinha and Julie.

On to 5.

Sharpen your mice and tune back in folks - photoshop challenge coming next week.

Happy New Year, Rima! I answered your tag.... I consider that my one tag of 2008 and I am relieved it is out of the way!

Double Woohoo!

#1 Woohoo: there's a new post here and, as usual, it made me laugh. If we ever meet in person I must remember to ask you to say Rufus Wainright.
#2 Woohoo: a Photoshop challenge in the works. That's a woohoo and a Yippee as well.

I'm reminded of the old joke...

"What's a wok?"
"What you throw at a wabbit."

Ex in Oh'sh two ewe,
(Helpful short Scrabulous words)

Hello Rima!!!I'm not blogging so I think I can't join the game! But I don't mind sharing some weird stuff about me, let me just think....

1.When I go abroad I like to still postcards!
2.I cut my fingernails only on saturdays!
3.I miss my blogger friends these days very much...:-(
4.I don't like to wear socks with holes even if they are very, very small!
5.I allways cry when I watch children animated movies so when I go to the cinema I pick a chair in the last row...so I'm the first to leave!

Ahhh!Rufus has a strange name!I have his first record, I liked it a lot.As for Lost I don't share your interest but there's a fine looking man in it!I prefer 24 and Prison Break. Never watched Heroes.
I'm waiting for Prison Break!

Have a nice new year!

Yea! Photoshop challenge. I love your challenges, Rima! They are the best. Don't tell anyone but I have one of those strange hairs too, but it is on my leg instead. Yuk. South of France, wow that sounds like a really cool place to live. 'Course you'd have to sharpen up your French just a tad :)

Happy New Year, Rima. I copied the sticker and I want to see if I have room for it on my weblog. Hopefully I do. It is a good one and I hoe you don't mind. Ciao...

You can't retire to the Riviera without me, okay??! In the meantime, Austin may be closer to you :)

I miss you. Wish you were here (truly).

I'm glad the tag is over too, Julie - I think I may follow your lead and "resolute" that this will be my one and only for this year. Yeah, right...

Thanks, Diane - I first thought of you and Susan, but then found out you had been tagged way, way back. I'm glad Belinha still answered the tag - we miss you, carina!

Debi and Bobbie - I have stage fright now with the workshops/challenge/homework (still can't find the appropriate label).

Sweet Irene - so happy you like the bumper sticker - I wish I could claim credit for the design, but it's not mine. I am editing my post to show the fine print on there (I scanned mine and photoshoped a frame)

Thanks, Joy and congrats on getting published!

Hubby and Sis - think of pissaladiere and salade nicoise, flower markets and open-air flea markets... dream with me.
