nice one - interesting how our minds fill in things from a few lines. my Mum went to buy the new book for my nephew's birthday, she had to put her name on the list and the guy in there said he can't sell any till 00.01 tomorrow... Cultural despotism...
How fun! I am looking forward to the book coming out - but I probably won't read it for awhile. By then, the ending will probably be swirling around everywhere!
I got hooked on the books a few months ago - I started grudgingly with the first one, and by the time I finished that tome, I was devouring the rest of the volumes non-stop.
By now, it's a cliche, but I haven't felt this excited about reading something since I was a child. Of course, other books have moved me, informed me and changed me, but as an adult, few books have reminded me of how it FELT to be a child again, and how wondrous reading is. Can't wait till Saturday...
Take a look at what's happening atMaraya Galleries, Neda's amazing work atPapiers Collés (Blogger's Blog of Note) and Fawzan's wonderful watercolour diary at artEzan.

Strange. I started reading the first one out, but it failed to hold my interest so I passed it on to the grandsons. Now, I wish I had persevered!
